Greetings from the Student Affairs Office of The University of Georgia College of Pharmacy!  I am happy to be able to send you our annual update from Dr. Wolfgang and let you know about the upcoming Visitors’ Day.

The annual fall open house will be held Saturday, September 12 – a non-football Saturday, naturally!  We will begin at 9 am but I encourage you to encourage your advisees to plan to arrive by about 8:30 so they may get parked and into the auditorium (101 Pharmacy South) before Dr. Wolfgang begins his presentation.  As in the past we will have a student panel for Q&A and provide tours of the facilities, followed by the ever-popular cookies and punch!   On weekends the parking lots that are normally permit-only for faculty, staff, and students are open to the public but please be aware of a considerable amount of construction going on near the pharmacy buildings which can change the flow of traffic at almost any time!   We would be delighted to see your advisees attend, and even more delighted to see you come along with them, if possible.  

If you have received this message in error and are no longer advising pre-pharm students and would like to be removed from the mailing list and avoid future messages, please let me know.  If you know of someone new to your staff who should be included, please let me know that, as well, so I may add him or her.

We hope you’ve had an excellent academic year and get a chance for at least a mini-break before 2015-2016 arrives!
