My
name is Shannon McGeary, and I currently serve as Vice President of
Recruitment for the Georgia Tech Student Ambassadors. We serve as the
official hosts of the Georgia Tech Alumni Association, and we often work
high profile events through both the Alumni Association and the Office
of the President, as well as general campus tours. I wanted to reach out
to you all to see if you had any recommendations for our upcoming
recruitment season, specifically from the Biochemistry Department. We
are looking for students who embody the five values of the Georgia Tech
Student Ambassadors: Service, Professionalism, Leadership, Commitment,
Hospitality, and who you believe would be good representatives of the
Institute. Typically we look for students who are very passionate about
Georgia Tech and who represent themselves well professionally.
In order to be a candidate for the Georgia Tech Student Ambassadors, a student must meet the following requirements:
• Applicants must have completed at least two full semesters (Fall/Spring Semesters) as a full time student.
• Applicants must be in good academic and judicial standing with the Institute.
• Applicants must be undergraduates who have two remaining semesters at Georgia Tech.
