summer 2017 - Siemens Foundation

Last summer, in partnership with the global healthcare nonprofit PATH, the Siemens Foundation launched the Siemens Foundation PATH Fellowships.  The program engages undergraduate and graduate STEM students in innovative, practical, and low-cost research and laboratory experiences.  The program accelerates solutions to real world issues for those most in need and connects emerging scientists to career opportunities in global health (Fellowship Descriptions). I’m pleased to announce that the Siemens Foundation is again underwriting this important program.  Importantly, the Fellowships provide generous compensation and living stipends.

With your leadership in STEM in mind,  I’m asking for your support in identifying and encouraging students you consider good candidates for a Siemens Foundation PATH Fellowship.   Our partners at PATH share our commitment to offering this opportunity to a diverse cohort of students.  By sharing information about this unique opportunity with students who meet the fellowship application criteria, you will further their careers and advance efforts to overcome global health challenges.

With thanks and best regards,

David
