Tri-Beta, Biology National Honor Society

Do you like meeting new people while enhancing your resume? Do you at least like dinosaurs? Beta Beta Beta, *the* National Biology Honor Society, may be for you! Tri-Beta is currently accepting new members, and it is *not* a requirement that you be a biology student. There are actually discounted dues for non-majors. We are a well-rounded society with events that cover community service, active learning (like going behind the scenes of the Atlanta Botanical Garden, Georgia Aquarium, etc.), and building a supportive network of your peers. There are no GPA requirements for non-majors, so as long as you like biology at least a little and are ready to be part of an honor society that actually does things…join us! First general meeting: Thursday, September 1st, 11:05-11:45AM. ES&T, room L1105. Involvement Fair (if you want to stop by and ask questions): Wednesday, August 31st, 10:30AM-1:30PM. Tech Walkway (formerly Skiles Walkway). Want more info? E-mail: bbb.gatech@gmail.com. Website: www.cyberbuzz.gatech.edu/bbb. Facebook: www.facebook.com/GT.BBB
