The Center for Academic Success is in search of potential 1-to-1 Tutors (meet individually with students), Learning Assistance Program (LAP) Tutors (tutors that serve in the Residence Halls) and PLUS Leaders (facilitate group study sessions for historically difficult courses) for the Fall 2012 Semester. If you know of student who you would like to recommend to serve as a Tutor or PLUS Leader, please send me his or her name and email. I would be happy to send him or her a personal invitation to apply to be a Tutor or PLUS Leader.

--Below are the requirements for Tutors and PLUS Leaders:
- Overall GPA must be >3.0 and students must have earned "A's" in the course(s) they are going to tutor AND taken the courses at Tech (will be verified by the Center for Academic Success).
- Must be in Good Academic Standing AND Good Judicial Standing (will be verified with the Dean of Students' Office).
- Must have completed at least 1 semester at Tech (15 credit hours).
- Must have a faculty recommendation from at least one of the subjects they plan to tutor.
