DOE Solar Energy Innovators Program

The Solar Energy Innovators Program is seeking applicants interested in researching innovative solutions to the challenges faced by utilities, energy service providers, and public utilities commissions (PUCs) to adapt to a system with increasing levels of solar and other distributed energy resources. Innovators selected for the program will conduct hands-on, practical research and development on-site at a utility, energy service provider, or PUC host institution.  The Solar Energy Innovators Program is sponsored by the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Energy Efficiency & Renewable Energy (EERE), Solar Energy Technology Office (SETO).  The application deadline is Monday, January 8, 2018 at 11:59 PM EST.  For questions call Taylor Pitchford at 865-574-4806 or email at DOE-RPP@orau.org
