Announces the
2010 Frank and Sara McKnight Prize in Undergraduate Chemistry
Senior undergraduates are invited to compete for one of five prizes (1st: $2000, 4 finalists: $500) recognizing outstanding undergraduate research achievement in chemistry. Interested students should submit:
1) an abstract describing their research
2) GRE scores, if available
3) GPA
4) a letter of support from their research mentor
5) a mailing address
Deadline: October 1, 2010
Finalists will be invited to present their posters at the UT Southwestern Biochemistry Research Retreat to be held November 5-7, 2010. Winners will be chosen based on their undergraduate achievement and the significance of their research. Travel and accommodations for finalists will be provided by UT Southwestern.
